In case of cancellation after 18:00 o’clock on arrival date or no-show of a guaranteed reservation, one night room charge will be levied accordingly from your credit card.

If you require an invitation letter for obtaining your Chinese visa, please fill-in the INVITATION LETTER REQUEST FORM in Appendix B and email it with the subject of “Invitation letter request for ICUFN2011” to the host. The invitation letter will be dispatched within one week after receiving the email request.
